Post-Production Coordinator

Part time (25-35 hours per week can be worked between 3 to 5 working days), Parnell Office, Auckland

With over 300 employees and around 6,000 volunteers the Blind Foundation is New Zealand’s leading provider of services and support to people who are blind or have low vision. Celebrating 127 years, we are one of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic Not for Profit organisations.  We need a Post-Production Coordinator to join us. You will help the organisation achieve our vision of empowering and supporting New Zealanders who are blind or who have low vision.

We currently have a vacancy for a Post-Production Coordinator. This is a part-time 25-35 hours per week), permanent position. The position will play a critical part in assisting with the duplicating and production of Accessible Format Material for persons who are blind, deafblind  or have a vision impairment.

You will be responsible for coordinating and producing Accessible Format Material and delivering it by the due date.


What we are looking for:

  • Sound office skills (printing, binding, filing)
  • Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in keeping computer records up to date
  • Experience in juggling tasks to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate and methodical
