National Trainer


With over 300 employees and around 6,000 volunteers the Blind Foundation is New Zealand’s leading provider of services and support to people who are blind or have low vision. One of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic Not for Profit organisations, we need a National Trainer to join us. You will help the organisation achieve our vision of a “life without limits” for New Zealanders who are blind or who have low vision.

The purpose of the position is to assist our training team to maintain specialist blindness, low vision and deafblind competency within the Blind Foundation.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the vision rehabilitation field.
  • Experience in group facilitation and presentation of training material.
  • Experience teaching one on one.
  • Ability to travel.
