Brand and Campaign Manager

Celebrating 128 years, we are one of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic Not for Profit organisations. A rare opportunity exists for a seasoned brand and marketing professional to make a difference at an exciting time in the Blind Foundation’s history.

We need a Brand and Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, tasked with raising the profile of the Blind Foundation to build stronger awareness of what we do, who we support, and the impact we have. With a new brand strategy currently under development you will work alongside the General Manager Marketing and Communications to champion the implementation of a compelling brand story brought to life through our people, customer experience and our marketing communications.

A big picture thinker, you will be a champion for the overall brand / customer experience of our organisation and drive improvements in brand awareness, reputation and client acquisition. Key to this will be working alongside others in the organisation, including the wider Marketing and Communications team, to ensure that key messages and brand usage are aligned to the strategy of our brand(s). You enjoy the opportunity to put plans into action, implementing tactical marketing activities in new and innovative ways. You will be an advocate for accessibility, leading by example in striving for best-practice accessibility in marketing materials and channel usage. You’ll have a solid understanding of digital marketing, and be able to support the organisation to develop an integrated online presence.

What we are looking for:

  • Highly skilled practitioner, with a minimum of 5 years’ solid brand management experience
  • A track record of outstanding results in brand management
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing
  • A customer-centered approach
  • A team player who is positive, collaborative, innovative and upholds high integrity. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing
