Salesforce and IT Technical Support Professional

One of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic Not for Profit organisations, we need a Salesforce and IT Technical Support Professional to join us. You will help the organisation achieve our vision of a “life without limits” for New Zealanders who are blind or who have low vision.
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Salesforce and IT Technical Support Professional to be based in our Awhina House, Auckland office. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) position, that sits within our Information Technology team.
Purpose of the role.
To provide front line support for all Salesforce questions, queries and faults within the business including the day to day technical Help Desk support of Salesforce.
Assist in the support, operation, design and development of new Salesforce related project solutions and enhancements.
Provide exceptional customer service, excellent listener, and ensure Service Desk and technical support is always maintained at the highest level.
This role will require you to have outstanding work ethic with the technical skills to match.
You will have to be self-managing, motivated, dynamic and have had proven experience working with Salesforce.
Help with basic IT related tasks such as Equipment Provisioning, Deployment, Support and Relocation.
What we are looking for:
- At least two years’ experience with Salesforce and support of end users from an IT Help Desk background.
- A relevant IT qualification or 2 years equivalent experience in a similar or relevant IT Support role.
- General IT knowledge within a business environment (knowledge of Users, Profiles, Printers, Cellular & IP Phones, Networks)
